Ratings and reviews

Pathetic, useless mobile app. First, instructions are vague on how to open a file attachment. To add insult to injury, once you finally figure out yourself what to do the file wouldn't open. For last 40 minutes have been trying to open a pdf file and all I eventually got is a grey screen.

Dear Team, It has come to my attention that navigating through the 500-600 pages of policies on the mobile platform can be cumbersome, as users have to search for specific information manually each time. To enhance the user experience for mobile users, I would like to suggest the inclusion of a search button in an upgraded version. This would greatly improve efficiency and ease of access to the required policy details. Thank you for considering this suggestion.

Life was going very smooth. Then our CBI bank heading towards security and data safety for all pdfs. Most of time this app is showing this client is not supported by your policy server. No bank pdfs is opening in this app. What a horrible app it is. Totally waste of time. Kindly solve my problem.
