Ratings and reviews

I get push notifications one day and the next, they've been disabled. I review my user and all my settings are reset. This has happened multiple times. When I try to RE-enable push notifications, I always get "save unsuccessful", have to uninstall and reinstall the app.

Works great...when it works. Keeps saying I'm offline for some reason even though I'm connected just fine. UPDATE: Now I'm noticing that I can't edit my location in the app (greyed out). My home address is blank and it has me in Canada for the time zone. I'm starting to wish I had chosen a different company...

Downloaded the app because the person who installed my system said it helps with arming and disarming away from home. This app keeps telling me its an unsuccessful arming/disarming. Not once has it worked. I have emailed the app developer and no response has been given. I guess I will have to just use the home pad. So much for an expensive system that he talked to highly about.
