System Cove would not work at all. After several tech support tries, they sent me their new “upgraded” system. I was never able to activate the system. However, I discovered that I have been paying for monthly billing for over 1.5 years on a system that has never been activated. (partially our fault since we did have another Cove system for our business – didn’t notice that we were getting billed twice until it was too late). Cove said sorry and kept the $$ - CANCELLED!

This worked ok when it used the CoveSmart app for its cameras. But out of nowhere cameras wouldn't connect and turns out they no longer support them and you have to get the Kami app which is absolutely HORRIBLE. Ads you can't get passed. No chance you can see your video feed in an emergency. The only solution is to pay a second subscription to Kami (so you're paying for two subscriptions, Cove and Kami) or buy new cameras from Cove. Boo!

I've been with Cove for five years now. I love the system. It works great for my needs. I've only had to call customer service maybe three times. They're on top of my concerns and send out replacements when needed. I only gave four stars because I no longer have camera access through their app. I've since had to replace all the Kami cameras with eufy, which is so much better, but I shouldn't have to have two separate apps for all my security needs. It's also not a huge deal.
