This was a great app but do to a recent update my phone refuses to open the app at all when I try to all I get is a white screen for a few seconds and the app crashes and returns me to my home screen

Joseph, we apologize for the issues you've been experiencing with our mobile app. Our mobile app is updated routinely; however, some smartphones may not be compatible with the updates that are released.
