DON'T USE SENDBOX. If you use thier service in 2023, you will enjoy their service. They've been terrible since last year. This year, I tried them again, process a delivery to UK and waited for 10 days, still, their rider didn't come to pick up the product. I requested to cancel the delivery and get my money refund to the app, it's been another 10+ days and I still couldn't withdraw my money from their app after a lot of back and forth. My money is still stuck in their app.

They offered a good service until recently. I booked to send a package to the North. They offered two options and I went for the cheaper and more lengthy option. After payment was made they reached out to inform that the option I chose would not work for the location. They said they would look into it. For two weeks, I heard nothing from them only to go back to hear that the package was never sent and it is with them. Terrible for business.

I've been using sendbox for over 3years and I can boldly say this is the best thing to happen to my business logistics because my products are small weight items so the price quote is very fair and sometimes my interstate deliveries to major cities get delivered the next day. The only issue I had was they couldn't pick up in my city(warri) but I found out yesterday that they do now!. But sendbox really needs to work better at resolving issues/delays on time, problem resolution is too slow
