Love Sendik's but the app does not have accurate search or filter capabilities. If you know exactly what you want, you're gold. But searching for a product then filtering for, say, "on sale," rarely gives a complete result. Items are always missing. I do appreciate the Sendik's personal shoppers. They will call with questions and I can choose paper bags, which no other store does. The good experience > the Sendik's app, so I keep ordering, hoping they'll improve the app. It needs user testing.

Could use a few features. 1) there is no way to go to the main menu. Hitting the back button goes back to the previous item. So, if you have looked up several items, you have to hit the back button a bunch of times. 2) should have an option to access the scanner from anywhere in the app...not just the menu. 3) if you use the scanner, the preference should be defaulted to "no substitution" 4) would like an overall option to default items to "no substitution." 5) modify order if it is not too late

I have an account. I spent 45 minutes trying to sign in. It would not work. Tried to create a new account. It still would not work. Tried to continue as a guest. App would not accept my order. I give up! I love your store. Thank goodness I received a weekly add in our apartment building lobby. I will stop by your store to get the item(s) I want, but this app is a major inconvenience!
