Ratings and reviews

This is the worst experience I ever had with any customer service in my life. They never answer the calls, even after holding for an hour or more. Call automatically get disconnected anytime after 45 minutes. I called "N" times. My wait position was 3 or 2 in all these calls. Emailed them with my issue, and there is no reply for that as well. I am not able to do live chat as the problem I face is all about login. I am not able to login. Tried all posiible ways, but was in vain. Overall a total waste of time, money and energy.

Worst app/website experience; I have to find out everything. i have to see some time youtube tutorial to put a simple order after a market hours. Ui is not discrptive i have to search what is GTD what is IOC. How am I supposed to memorise that? I am not a daily user; I forget the stuff. Make app in the perspective of someone who has less knowledge of this terminology so they can easily navigate in the app. Or make a separate app/website for simple users similar to other discount broker apps.

• Charts that I have configured are getting automatically deleted/reset. • My saved indicators are not working properly or sometimes disappear. • Technical indicators are behaving inconsistently. • Chart settings are not being retained properly. • The app sometimes requires refreshing before the latest data is displayed. • This is especially problematic for intraday and options traders because reliable charts and indicators are extremely important for taking timely decisions.
