This is the worst experience I ever had with any customer service in my life. They never answer the calls, even after holding for an hour or more. Call automatically get disconnected anytime after 45 minutes. I called "N" times. My wait position was 3 or 2 in all these calls. Emailed them with my issue, and there is no reply for that as well. I am not able to do live chat as the problem I face is all about login. I am not able to login. Tried all posiible ways, but was in vain. Overall a total waste of time, money and energy.

unable to rest the password - through app. & even through website - worst online service. At each attempt of password reset only getting one error - Incorrect captcha. Tried 100 times with no success. instead of entering correct captcha, getting the same error in the app. & website. A human may enter incorrect captcha once, twice, thrice, how it's possible more than 15-20 times in app. & even on website. Groww is very much user friendly...My rating is ZERO.

29/10/2018 Not so simple... Sharekhan application makes trading difficult. Too many short names. I hope they can hear and understand the customer's mind. 9/10/2025 nothing changed in the last 7-8 years. it was the worst and it is the worst. There should be an award for such a category and maintaining the worstness.(by the way i wasn't using this scrap during these years.)
