Through this App, you can easily book seats, pay and track arrival departure times of your shuttles.

Booking a seat on Shuttlers is a click away, here is how it's done;
* Fund your wallet easily using the payment platform or through bank transfer
* Select pick up and destination location, confirm time and click on Book shuttle
* You will get a push notification when the shuttle starts
* Check-in to confirm and pay for seat
* Join the Shuttle at the designated bus-stop
* Seat back, fasten your seatbelt and enjoy the ride!

I know the mission of shuttlers is to make life easy for its users but omo, the app is not user friendly. 1. There's this annoying birthday pop up everytime I open the app (which I only do when I want to book or agitated about missing the bus). Unfortunately, I use a low grade android phone that hangs, imagine trying to slide it down and your phone hangs. it's annoying and time wasting. I have more to say but there's a 500 character limit.

Why can't I see the actual location of a ride like I can in apps like Bolt or Indrive. A driver will be 10km away and your app will be showing that he's already at one's bus stop. Making one stand for 20-30 minutes on the road waiting for you. But if you arrive and wait two minutes without seeing the passenger you'll zoom off and not refund. FIX THE E.T.A thing already. This is not a novel problem. Get your app in order.

The bugs in this app is crazy. I'm curious to know if it was tested before deployment. The map does not update in real-time, the notification is buggy and also does not update in real time. App says pickup time is so so instead of "take off" because those two things are not the same. The ride can be delayed up to an hour, but you're only given a 2 min grace. The bus left me behind even tho I was at pickup, but due to rain, I had to find shelter & took me 8min to get back to pickup.
