About this app

Official and free application for simyo customers.
Check your line consumption at a glance. Access information for the current month or previous months through simple graphs. Carry out transactions with a single touch: change your rate, sign up for bonuses, set consumption limits, recharge your line, check your bills... All this and much more from your mobile or tablet.
Access with your username and password from the personal area and you will have access to:

- Consumption for the current month: shows the euros, megabytes and minutes you have used. If you also have bonuses, you will see your consumption in the new bar graphs. You can also consult the graphs with the details of the MB/MIN spent per day and the estimate of what you will consume until the end of the cycle.
- Previous consumption: access information for the last 6 months and consult the history to see your evolution.
- Manage your line: change your rate, buy extra bonuses, set consumption limits, activate or deactivate the answering machine, buy a mobile phone, check your mobile phone deadlines...
- Consult several lines: if you have more than one line, you will be able to access the information for each of them.
- Invite a friend: check the euros you have available from the promotion and use them as a discount on your bill, balance or discount on the purchase of a mobile phone.
- Contract: download your invoices.
- Prepaid: shows the current balance and recharges made in recent months. You can also recharge and schedule automatic recharges.

Oops! which we almost missed… there are also two widgets available so you can see your consumption from your desktop. Install the App, open it and then add the Widgets (by pressing the desktop for 2 seconds or from the applications menu, depending on the Android version)

-Permissions-
The App asks for your permission to access various mobile functions. Here we explain what each permission is used for:

- Contacts: to access contacts and thus be able to show their name within the application.
- Phone calls: so that when you call 1644 or any of your contacts from the App, it works.
- SD card: to be able to download invoices.

The app is totally useless. It isn't working to top up in the app, I did it on the website, and now that doesn't show in the app. Also, the graph with the data is a joke, the app doesn't show actual use. Not clear about the bonos or options either. Will use website and I hope my recharge is working, as I also receive confusing SMS from Simyo.

Simyo is very very bad I will not advise anyone to use it dey take my money from my account without giving me any service or data. 42eu without me using they service

Basic app but works fine. Switching tarrifs on prepay very confusing and counter intuitive. Can't seem to remove autocargar credit. Tried switch both ways and it still just ignores it. Seems a bit scammy therefore. Coverage is good with simyo and inexpensive, customer service useless if you need that though. Very long options menu, then 4 times our of 5 they hang up on you. Even if they take your details and proceed with your query, I've still had them hang up and not call you back. Terrible.
