The Singlife Account is an insurance savings plan that lets you earn 2% p.a. daily interest on your savings, with no fees, no lock-ins, and no nonsense. The Singlife Account’s base return is 2% p.a. on the first S$10,000 and 1% p.a. on amounts above S$10,000, up to S$100,000. There are no returns for amounts above S$100,000. The applicable returns will be periodically declared by us. Any revision in the returns will take immediate effect.

Ratings and reviews

Slow processing speed, other apps like Syfe which took only a few days to get funds to be transferred into the account and even better they show that the funds are being processing-processed-transffered. This app is just too outdated and slow...funds transfer looks easy, but hold and behold, the amount just takes forever to get into the account. Yes the p.a % is good but for the trouble it takes, I rather not...I would just go to other apps out there..

Policies such as CareShield Standard /Plus not displayed in mobile app. One should just stick with the website for completeness. Mobile app seems to be all about marketing with links to being you to make products purchase.

Absolute nightmare to navigate. Got sent an email to view my annual policy statement with the instruction "Alternatively, you can view your statement on the Singlife App: 1. From the app dashboard, tap on Insurance Coverage" but this button doesn't even exist. Took me a while to figure out that I have to sync to SGFinDex before that button will even appear. The app also does not work well with certain device resolutions, with text and inputs being covered.
