About this app

We offer free use of the Hyundai electric vehicle IONIQ6 to guests staying at the Shilla Jeju Hotel. Conveniently reserve and return a vehicle through the “Shilla Jeju Electric Car Experience Service” app.

[App function information]
1. Sign up and log in
- Sign up on the login screen after running the app
(Client company: IONIQ Jeju Shilla / Client authentication code: IONIQ 6)
- Enter random number code for Hotel Shilla user (guest) authentication

2. Vehicle reservation
- Make vehicle reservations after checking the location of available vehicles based on the map
- Limited time available for vehicle reservation per day
- Credit card and driver's license registration function before vehicle reservation

3. Use of vehicle
- Register and send vehicle photos before using the vehicle
- Usage time can be extended while using the vehicle
- Smart key activation 10 minutes before reservation time
- Notification function when vehicle return time is delayed

4. Vehicle return
- After parking at the designated parking location, turn off the engine and return the car.
- Automatic return when return time is reached when return conditions are met.
- Register vehicle photo and enter service satisfaction upon return

5. Administrator program (CMS)
- Detailed management possible through a separately provided administrator program
- Various functions such as reservation control, member management, statistics check, etc.

6. Others
- Announcements/events, 1:1 inquiries, frequently asked questions provided
- App setting options can be changed in the settings menu

[Precautions before use]

* It is dangerous to operate while driving, so be sure to operate while parking/stopping.
* This service can be used to control vehicle doors only when connected to a Bluetooth terminal installed in the vehicle. When using, be sure to activate the Bluetooth function.
* While using the service, the GPS function and Bluetooth are used, so battery consumption may occur.
* If the vehicle is not used even after 30 minutes from the reservation time, the reserved vehicle may be automatically canceled.
