When I can get into the App it works fine. The problem I have is that it keeps logging me out so completely it makes me re-register and then locks me out, everytime there is a system update on my device. So I have to phone Skipton to get it unlocked, who are only open in the week to take calls when I am at work...... this is despite me setting up biometric logins and all the passwords etc. So secure, it's users can't even see their money!

Since updating to the new app, I've lost at least half the functionality I had before. Just tried adding a new withdrawal account to my profile and can't do it. It can only be done via computer, but requires a verification code from the app. Easy on the old version, but can't be done on the new one! The online instructions still reference the old app to add to the frustration. Don't update to the new app. It is nowhere near ready!

It's a perfectly good banking app. I don't do much more than check my balance and pay money out and they're both easy to do. I would like to be able to reorder my accounts as they just seem to be in opening order which means I have to scroll down to see my newest accounts
