Paying for the monthly subscription. Scanned and followed directions for setup, but the calendar and app do not sync with each other. I've tried sharing photos, lists, etc., but neither can see the other, so nothing saves. Settings are cumbersome and don't clearly let you see which email address(es) is/are connected to specific accounts.

The app needs a phone widget option to be able to look at the family calendar at a glance the same way you can see it on the actual frame. If I'm not home in front of the frame I have to click several times to get to the calendar in the app. it also has major syncing issues. no matter how many times I try to sync it doesnt show everything. Please fix! Also, most of the features are additional money per month to use. Would not buy again and do not recommend.

Love the device and the rewards system but the app is a struggle. There's no search feature in tasks so I can't see when a chore was last completed without scrolling back day-by-day. You can search the calendar but not tasks. I've been trying to sync all the Skylight tasks with Todoist just so I can easily see when they were last completed, even if they weren't done by me.
