DO NOT USE. I have never left a bad app review, but I do think this is important for people to know. Right now I'm stuck in Cancun in a layover because Kiwi made a reservation in which the first flight had extremely different maximums of baggage requirements and now I have to choose between throwing my stuff to the trash and paying 80 dollars. Why would anyone want to book a layover in which you won't be able to board the second plane even though you did the first with no issue.

DON'T USE THIS APP. When your phone screen auto rotates during booking it deletes all the info you input. Customer service is terrible. I called attempted to change a flight and they said no. I then asked that they assist in booking a new flight and they said no. Asked to speak with a manager and they said no. I then went an got a ticket somewhere else.

ACTIVELY AVOID THIS APP. App doesn't work properly (informs you that you haven't checked in flights that you have checked in), sends way too many e-mails. They have option called Disruption Protection in case of delays or flight cancelations. Costed me over 50 euros, flight got delayed, they said they couldn't do anything and instructed me to go to AirHelp. Pure waste of money and terrible user experience – ACTIVELY AVOID!
