I have send several emails and applied online to avail the student benifits, but didn't got any reply. Srilankan airlines is lying about student benifits and not making 10% refund, neither giving additional 10kg luggage. I was getting same ticket from MMT with 5k less price, but I choose to book through Srilankan app, avoid the airlines, just making students fool.

very disappointed. My previous trip to Sri Lanka (DEJJQ4), even not listed. Flymiles from that trip are not added. Instead, a cancelled booking (FQY2KO) is listed as my last trip. Even before, for a trip I did (Ref 53ULGR??), I had to chase you to add my flysmile points. Again I am so disappointed about your IT system and suggesting the top management to employ someone, who can better manage the IT department. Thanks

Constant password reset make this App user unfriendly especially if you are following a email link from their marketing department . Using a search engine like Momondo is the only option. I just wasted half an hour just trying to reset the password and another trying to write this review. Phone is another option, they are very apologetic, embarrassed even.!!
