Been using this app for two years, ever since I first opened my accounts, never had any real issues. Now, suddenly and without warning, the app is no longer compatible with my phone. No option to update. No compatible replacement app so I can still have access to and manage my accounts. Nothing. Very disappointing.

After the update, they've completely screwed me and my family over. We can access any of our accounts and its definitely the accounts. Money is now getting pulled out of my account randomly and I cant track or access anything at all. Please, before you launch an update, perfect it before you screw anyone else over again. Especially when it's been going for a week with no change.

I did the Android update on my phone and then my app wouldn't work. Have been trying for the last 4 days now to do the app update and still nothing. I even uninstalled it to try to reinstall and now absolutely nothing is happening. Just a message that the app is waiting to update. I've called the customer service line and they were no help. I told them every thg ring I had done and all they had me do was do the same steps over again.
