I'm unable to add a payment method to make orders. Rest of the app looks great, but that loss of functionality ruins it unfortunately. Edit: Was able to add a payment method. App works fine now. Edit 5/29/24: unable to sign in to app. I've had more problems with this loyalty program than anywhere else. Also tried logging in online with their website with no success as well.

This app needs more features. I want to customize my dozen bagels to the flavors that I like. Also it's really annoying to have to enter all of your payment info every time you want to add funds. Also this app sells your data, although not as much as other apps. EDIT 2024: The app logged me out of my account and I cannot sign in again, even after a password reset. It just says "oh no! Something went wrong." JUST TELL ME WHAT WENT WRONG AND HOW TO FIX IT! Dropping from 2* to 1*.

One of the worst apps I've ever had to endure. I created an account at least a year ago, but I was never able to actually use it because it won't let me log in. I've tried numerous times to reset my password, and I never get an email. Never! No one responds to my customer service comments. Sadly, the local store can look me up with my number. What's the point if I can't order ahead?
