Basically unusable in all aspects, especially when trying to playback recordings. Watching live feed is next to impossible as well. Some devices don't show up for minutes after opening the app. Scrolling through channels either, it will go to a screen that says no data. If you have Speco hardware and you want to monitor on your mobile, I don't think there is any option other than this app. Speco, please address the issues with this app or release a new one.

4 out of 5 times when I open this app, it doesn't connect to my NVR. When it connects, it works as expected. Speco should invest some money and make sure their app works 100%. When my alarm goes off in the middle of the night, I don't want to have to open and close my app 4 times to get my cameras to show up. It's 2023...unacceptable. I haven't seen an update in a long time. Keep providing updates otherwise customer will move on. I've been looking for more reliable mobile viewing alternatives.

It keeps crashing. And using way too much memory. It was good before but then all of a sudden, I lost access to both of my NVR's and so I had to reprogram them into the app and now about 3/4 of the time I want to look at my cameras, the NVR's aren't available. I know it's not the NVR's themselves, because I have a monitor attached to the NVR's and can see the cameras working just fine. It is just the app.
