The app is pretty bad. I have to sign back in really often. No fingerprint login, and it doesn't let me autofill the crentials with my password manager. So I have to copy and paste the password from my manager app every time. Seems like it logs me out every day. When I try to type in the text field the keyboard covers what I'm typing. Pretty unusable.

The input box will randomly get stuck behind the keyboard so you cannot see what you're typing, and as of this morning the top bar including the upper left menu button are now too high on the Pixel 9 Pro to be touched - they are behind the status bar at the top. I can still see the buttons as the status bar does turn transparent, I just can't interact with them due to them being behind it.

Just needs a few tweaks like being able to accept/assign a tickets in the app to yourself instead of having to go to the site. Also being able to change tickets between opened, closed, and waiting in the app would be welcomed. The ad size doesn't bother me like other have complained about; it's really a small amount of space however I would pay for an ad free version if it was made. I haven't experienced any issues with typing in the text boxes being blocked. So please keep updating the app!
