Worst online ordering experience ever! This app is hot garbage. It's like they don't want my money. I have an account already, but the app will only allow me to create a new account. I can't sign into my existing account! Had to order on laptop... You can't edit your order quantity from inside your cart. When I finally ordered, I didn't even get a confirmation email! Terrible online ordering.

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used to order food. Half of the time it does not send a confirmation email after you place your order, occasionally after you select your store it will switch to another store, and the full list of items available in the restaurant are not available on the app. The worst part is if there is a problem with your order, say it gets sent to the wrong location, there is no way for the local store to refund your order. AVOID the app, call your local store or order in person. Would rate zero (0) stars if Google would let me.

App is horrible, can't login to the online site with the credentials from the app. My Order is consistently wrong, I don't believe the employees preparing the order get the full information, website ordering has different options, less confusing, and my order is always correct. No way to scan receipt for points? What year is this, how can such basic things be missing
