This app is compatible with my device and yet it can't be opened. Why? I have re-downloaded and permitted all permissions but still not working. This problem is different from the sign-up issue you guys debugged earlier cos this time , the app can't open at all. It displays Sprout network on the screen for 10s and auto-exit the app immediately. Meanwhile,I haven't been able to enter this app for the first time for over 1 week of trials and failures. So therefore,compensation is well deserved.

Don't just understand this app have downloaded in two different devices but to no avail, it can't open. Ok waiting this late hour and see if it will work no way. It will be good if we can get help to on this app opening. Who knows many out there facing this same challenge. please do something very fast before people's mind gets weak in registering.

The App is not of a high quality, and by extension, the Blockchain, as is being hyped by influencers on X (formerly called Twitter). Since the launch of the mining project, there have been numerous complaints about the poor quality of the App but the team doesn't say a word about it. The silence of the team about the concerns of the poor quality of their App gives them away as not having good public relations with their community. This, to me, is a red flag.
