I would rate this 0 stars if I could. I have not been able to access my account for months because two step verification doesnt work. I never get the verification email and their support has not and will not fix the issue. I have spoken with 7 chat agents and none of them have fixed the issue, they keep telling me to "wait 24 hours". I have been waiting for 24 hours for the last two weeks.

Horrible Nightmare! This used to be a good warranty company and I have used them for years, but this last claim I made has been nothing but ridiculous. After 2 phones finally received a replacement phone that was like the warrantied phone. But that was just the beginning of the nightmare, they would not return my emails or send me a shipping label for the broke phone and then changed me $750 for my replacement phone! Called today to say I wanted my money back, it would be 2-4 days they say!

Buyers be aware that is a recurring deduction from your account, the deductible is high, coverage is limited, and if you are not careful you will end up paying more than the actual cash value of your device, 2 years is good for cell phones. I made the mistake of not checking and after 3 years I payed more of what I was supposed to.
