About this app

This resource contains all 2,900 publicly released questions from the IT Passport Examination (iPass), from Spring 2009 to 2026. Each question includes explanations detailing the reasoning behind the correct answer and the incorrect options. You can practice the three areas of Strategy, Management, and Technology little by little each day, in a format similar to the actual exam.

・Exam Dates: Conducted year-round using CBT (Can be taken at any test center nationwide)
・Passing Criteria: Overall score of 600 points or higher (out of 1,000 points), and individual scores of 300 points or higher in each of the Strategy, Management, and Technology fields (out of 1,000 points each)

■ Learning Features to Help You Pass
・Today's Learning: Automatically presents questions that need review and new questions, tailored to the scoring of the actual exam and your weak points.
・Review questions that reappear when you're starting to forget. Setting an exam date adjusts the review cycle so that you complete one round before the exam.
・Practice by specifying year, subject area, and conditions. Incorrect and ambiguous questions are automatically listed.
・Use the elimination method by long-pressing on the answer choices. Correct/incorrect answers and explanations for each statement, bookmarks and notes
- Practice exam with the same time and allocation as the actual exam (100 questions, 120 minutes). Judgment based on passing criteria, and display of scores for each subject.
- Prospects for passing, study calendar, consecutive study days, home screen widget, daily reminders
- Adjustable font size, dark theme, display of questions and explanations side-by-side on tablets.

■ Passing Pack
- The 2026 (Reiwa 8) publicly available questions are available from the start. The Passing Pack unlocks access to all years, sessions, and practice exams.
