Our business strategy is based on building long-term relationships with our customers. We generally do not earn a profit from marketing trial subscriptions. Instead, we seek long-term relationships with our clients by providing consistently reliable, actionable, and profitable advice, which results in renewal income for our business. As a result, many of our internal marketing efforts are focused on selling lifetime subscriptions, which give clients access to more (or even all) of our products at a much lower total cost. The same long-term thinking guides the relationships we have with our business partners and our employees.

We believe in transparency and accountability.

Sincere goodwill is best demonstrated by routine and reliable measures of performance. We believe that all investment advisors, whether fiduciaries or publishers, ought to provide an accounting of the outcomes of their advice. All of our investment recommendations are publicly evaluated each year. All of our investment publications include track records in each monthly issue.

We believe in unmatched customer service and no-risk subscriptions.

Great, but please fix your notifications! I love your app. But couldn't give it 5 stars because of the difficulty with notifications. I subscribe to all of your work. I only wish to receive notifications for select services (9 out of the 36 offered, to be exact). I set my preferences in settings, but they don't seem to be retained. The next time I open the app, I'm prompted for each of the 36 whether or not I want to turn on notifications. 36 times! And I don't know which is being prompted.

Very handy app for accessing all the research and latest news. One issue is that the login details (eg: Remember Me) cannot be saved. Since the login name is not self-generated and rather a jumble of characters, it becomes another annoying login name to look up or remember. Please add this feature!

Pitiful. Internal server error. I have been a lifetime customer for 20 years. I also tried the direct link from their website for the Newswire. Not available. Major fails. bad. Very very bad. I say ignore the newsletters until the software service is more complete.
