Your app is really redundant and stupid. It doesn't allow to edit my profile. Based on years old data you cannot assess my profile correctly. I have changed the number so, sending OTP on my old number is not going to be helpful. In the current date and age you should be competitive and intuitive. Such a rigid and stupid framework is not helpful.

From the approved credit line of 50000, they debited Rs 22400 when I wanted to withdraw and reduced my credit limit. The worst part is that it was neither credited to my bank account not it was added back in the Stashfin credit line. Update: Received the message in morning that my reduced credit line has been added back. Although, I have not utilized the credit limit, but they have reached on call therefore, increasing the star limit to 3. For prompt response.

No customer care support and no one chat support. Also charging bounce charges even the payment is done in advance. Very disappointing. Even after raising the tickets and rating. No one is looking into topic. Very very very bad Getting worst day by day. Service and lot of application error Same error from last 4 weeks 101 error Same error 101 is appearing again and again. Service is getting poorer day by day
