I had ordered 7 horse pyrite wall frame, one which I received was of poor quality without finishing. So I asked for replacement.To my surprise for 2nd time product was even worst and of poor quality. Now, the drama begins...since twice I got a poor quality product.so now I requested for refund, instead of replacement. For which, studd mupfyn is saying that I myself need to ship the product to them and after receival of product they will issue a refund. Pls be CAREFUL.TumkoKaamPeLagaDenge. SICK

False promises! I ordered a Pyrite Running Horse frame from Studd Muffin app for a friend’s graha pravesh. The app showed delivery by 8th Oct, but even on 10th evening, the order hasn’t been picked up! I’ve emailed and called 2–3 times — they falsely assured urgent pickup, but nothing happened. Very disappointing experience. Poor service and misleading delivery dates. The customer care team is rude they disconnected the phone without listening.

I've ordered from your App before. If I order a product in paid, it doesn't arrive on the estimated date, but if I order it on COD, it arrives within two days. I have an order pending. The estimated date is 25th, but I haven't received it yet. YOUR DELIVERY PARTNER SERVICE IS VERY POOR AND unprofessional.😏
