(EVEN AFTER EMAILING MULTIPLE TIMES THERE IS NO RESPONSE) Very disappointing experience. I purchased online course expecting access as per there comotted timeline, but even after repeated follow-ups, the content was delayed beyond the promised date. When I requested a refund due to the delay, I was told they don’t have a refund policy. This is unfair to customers who trust the platform. Please be careful before purchasing - once you pay, there’s no refund even if they don’t deliver on time.

Easy navigation through the app , simple and categorised arrangement for every topic, subject. But the download function doesn't work. when I click on the download option it redirects me to a web page where there's no option to download, I can just view it
