Ratings and reviews

Clean and easy to use and understand. Massive pain point for me is the scrolling, scrolling in the app is an absolute nightmare, you can't flick or quickly move around you need to pain stakingly move the whole screen and sometimes even that gets stuck part the way. Please test this on a device, not just in an emulator

Registered for online access and set up password. States password is wrong when logging in (it's not). Try to reset password and enter all required information. Website says account found, download the app. Click forgot password in app and it takes me back to the website outside the app. Repeat- no option to actually reset password. Poor user experience and a waste of time.

The app sometimes shows a different balance from the website. App does not provide up-to-date performance information for individual investments, nor for overall portfolio. Nor does it provide information on investment gains/losses. The little information it does provide (balance, transactions, investment mix) is often 3 or more days old. Also the app is very slow. The app looks nice but it appears form has been prioritised over function. ART has very limited ESG investment options.
