Game connection is poor. Despite multiple request to look into the problem, the customer service seems to repeat standard replies, which ask you to repeat stating your problems, but never address them directly. Seems like they employ bots. Would not recommend to friends. Another update: gameplay still lags. Game connection is poor especially after the new version update. Sometimes having difficulty in logging in and it will circular icon spinning when pressing for items or loading. Been asking the customer service 双儿 but it will kept repeat the same old answer which doesn't solve the issue at all.
