I have 8 Reveal cell cameras and absolutely love them. I used them as security cameras for my summer property. They did the job very well. I decided to try the defend cameras. They are every bit as reliable as the reveal cameras. The reason I wanted to use them is because they actually look like security cameras and not just a trail camera stuck up on a building. I would highly recommend them for someone that wants a high quality security cell camera

meh, not impressed. Defend cams have very poor image bandwidth (saturate very easily in sunlight), yet night performance is only so-so. IR backlight is a hot spot center, dark at edges. Cameras about as responsive as tactacam trailcams - hit & miss (in strong LTE area). App is extremely unintuitive, illogical, pain to navigate. Totally different than Reveal Tactacam app, which has its own quirks - but at least relatively consistent & functional. Defend app UI is awful (no dark mode!) no thx.

One of, if not the best, cellular security systems on the market! An absolutely great product with intuitive features! I plan on buying several more!
