Zero star would be very generous for this app. I fail to understand why they waste their time and ours with apps that do not work. It sends an OTP to your number, you enter it, but a message of internal server errir appears, advising you yo contact the Admin. But how? Please remove this app.

Update as of Oct 2023: Do you feel frustrated the verification sms never seems to arrive? Or bookings are always full? Just walk in on level 1 and pay on the spot. No booking required. There's plenty of scooters in off season. You can pay by cash or card. If by cash, bring exact amount. Then go ahead and try tawaf/saie using electric scooter. Its a refreshing experience!

The ticket paying is very very very bad line is long and cachers always leave for long time before coming back it takes about 80 mins to get scoteer if you cant help the olds in this season when can you??? WHY DID YOU STOP APP RESERVATION
