one of the worst customer service one can expect. I couldn't reach to the formula help through the help line number they provide. either they take the call and nothing can be heard or it doesn't exist. changing the delivery adress within iit is impossible at least I could not do neither using the app nor through phone. none of my raised tickets are ever solved. I really don't know what is the purpose of raising a ticket at all when you really care a damn about customer satisfaction.

The worst app to place delivery orders. Never connects over call. Takes 2 hours to deliver within our college campus. I wish Isthara would leave our campus and the food courts get connected to Swiggy or Zomato instead.

No customer service for the food courts. You keep raising tickets after tickets with no response from the other side. For food delivery within campus, they take at least an hour to deliver, even if the food has been prepared a long time ago.
