TS is a tool that makes it easy to assign tasks to your staff. With TS, you can plan, manage, and monitor your teams' activities. Tasks such as maintenance or after-sales support are linked to a team, and each team must have at least one member. When a task is due, the app notifies all members, and once the task is completed, it needs to be confirmed.
You can also attach PDF files or media files such as videos to tasks, making it easier to handle them. Every user of the app has a full copy of the database, allowing them to use TS without an internet connection. When the app regains internet access, it will synchronize with the master database.
In the event that a task cannot be completed, team members can leave a comment explaining the issue. The supervisor will be notified of the comment and can take necessary action.
