We have been roasting coffee for 13 years at one of the largest and most technologically advanced production facilities in Russia. All this time we are learning new things, participating in championships and exhibitions, constantly developing.
Every year we travel to the countries where coffee grows to select interesting lots and bring them to Russia, and cooperation with all the largest coffee importers allows us to maintain a large assortment of fresh crops.
Our production facilities are equipped with roasters from Probat and Loring, which are considered the best in the world. We track the profiles of each roast in real time, and check each batch with a colorimeter - this allows us to accurately control the degree and quality of roasting. We do mandatory cuppings prior to shipping to ensure that the coffee matches the profile.
