Have not been able to install the app for 4 months. I keep being told that they are working on it! I've been a member for over 25 years but I'm about ready to switch. Frontline employees are great but the CU has forgotten about helping their members. We are not community members anymore, we are just a number. When your interest payment is higher than the principal payment, you are dealing with a loan shark, not your local credit union.
