Delhi Jal Board has been taking continuous steps towards digital transformation and have taken initiatives to provide online facilities to its consumers. In this direction, Revenue Management System has been implemented in Delhi Jal Board wherein facilities of view and print latest water bill, online payment, grievances logging and track application status are available. As a more advanced and pioneer step, DJB has launched a Mobile App.
This App has been developed to provide convenience and services in the hands of the consumers. The App provides feature of instant self bill generation 24X7 anytime as per his/her convenience besides facilities of online payment, view and download previous bills and payment receipts etc. Mobile App has very simple steps for registration and self bill generation.

I was able to generate the bill. App works fantastic. On a side note some Tips #1). App captures your location so u need to have ur in mobile location enabled mode. 2).take the picture of your meter reading from a distance so that when u crop the meter reading image, it will fit into the 256 KB size. .Meter readers were mischievious, were marking as meter locked and every billing cycle I had to pay the arbitrary charges. I used this app and to my surprise, the last meter reading which was done

Am not able to generate bill since meter reading image captured through App does not display in app in space for meter reading image. Please resolve on priority or provide an alternative so that I can generate bill and make the payment. I am approaching to end of billing round. Edit : No response from after writing several times. Now app started crashing too. Edit: Experience is same. App doesn't work most of the time. Also, bill generated has wrong amount. Unable to understand the calculations.

Could not able to generate the bill after cropping the image and entering the meter reading. It shows bill generation process failed. There are also so many bugs in this app and it's been 4 years now DJB did not able to provide the stable version of the application. Please solve all the issues and bugs as soon as possible.
