About this app

With the 3CX App you can make and receive work calls, schedule conferences, video call and chat from anywhere. The 3CX App is truly your one-stop tool for working remotely - easily and efficiently.

Getting Started:
Once the app is downloaded, open it and:
1. Agree to the license agreement.
2. Follow the on screen instructions to configure your app with your extension - you need your 3CX Welcome Email email with your credentials, sent from your Administrator.
3. Allow camera access to scan the QR code from your 3CX web client - details in your email.
4. Grant all the necessary permissions in the next screens.
5. Make sure to follow the battery optimization instructions for the app to work efficiently.

And that's all! You can now stay connected on-the-go!

Important read: This app is only for use with 3CX v18 and is not a standalone app.

Working much better now. Still missing several features present in older apps, but still better than it was for a while. Original: The app is okay, if it works. I've been having to delete and readd my account weekly as calls will not ring through otherwise. Even after readding, i have to keep my phone screen on for calls to have a chance to come through. I've made sure keep active is on, I've checked all my permissions and settings, toggled and reinstalled. Nothing helps!

It works, and works well when it does. I currently have issues with this not ringing while DND is turned on, even when I have calls bypassing DND mode. Not sure why, but they just won't ring. Notification shows up, but no sound. Not even a vibration (with the setting on). Please, PLEASE fix this! Also, please split calls to queue calls and direct calls, if possible. I want queue calls bypassing DND, but if I'm not working and have DND on, I don't want people calling me directly and making my phone go off.

The app seems to work well overall. But it has one significant problem forcing me to uninstall. I can't make it shut up. I'm at work, and I have 3cx on my work machine. I don't need my phone ringing loudly every time a call comes in to my work number. I can't put my phone on silent though because I need to hear if someone calls my personal number. I set the ringtone to "custom" and chose "silent", but it appears to ignore this setting and loudly blasts the admittedly quite catchy 3CX built-in tune through the whole office every time a call comes in. If I set it to "Do not Disturb", the PC application follows that setting also. Unfortunately without some way to make the app shut up while I'm in the office, I have to uninstall it.
