I cannot reset my password. The app stops on my security question and it will not move forward. Therefore I cannot reset my password and therefore I cannot use the app which I need for work. Sooooo.... yes I tried contacting the developer and clicking on the link they sent me which did not help or give me any options to manually reset my password. Maybe you guys should check the app and then check it with a developer to see what's going on and get back to me. Thanks.
