Garden Answers worked perfectly when I first installed it in May. I didn't use it for a couple of months & now it will not see my photos folder or let me take a picture. It keeps telling me that there are no apps that can perform this action. I've uninstalled it reinstalled it, shut my phone down, everything I could possibly do. I a contacted them once and they said I need to to upgrade, but when I went to GooglePlay there was no indication of an upgrade. Feedback has not responded.

I downloaded the app. I was asked if I wanted an ad free subscription for $3.99. I said yes and was charged for it. Next step was to enter my name and email address and a verification code would be sent to me in a few seconds. I received nothing. Checked my spam folder too- nothing. Looked back at the app and it still said it was verifying my email address. This went on for 10 minutes. Still nothing. Restarted my phone and tried again. Tried 3x w/ different email address. Still nothing.

Hi Jill, that is frustrating! We're not sure what happened and apologize that this happened. We want to take care of you now. We've emailed the email addresses you tried signing up with and made the one ending in 'ymail.com' the premium account login for you. I paid a horticulturist to find out a flower that I couldn't find in the ap and they 100% found it and told me ALL about it!!! Separately, it's pretty annoying when I open the app and it tries to get me to click on an ad, but when I press "no," it exits me out of the app instead of continuing forward. Plz just exit the ad and let me continue to the app.
