Stop changing the app so much. I like having immediate access to my information, but it changes every month, and I have to re-login. Also, it would be nice if we could do more, like order checks, report and replace cards, lock and unlock the account due to missing a card until you find it, or have to replace it.

First time user once you login to the app you can't do anything because it seems to be the app or website is down, I have the phone number to get balance information and you can't even call that. Because the call doesn't even ring you just get a message to try later. Why have apps of this nature if you can't even get a simple balance inquiry??? I absolutely hate banking apps that are not user friendly or work. Try again.
