The Tucson Electric Power mobile app makes it easy to manage your account anywhere at any time. You can check your account balance, pay your bill, review your hourly, daily and monthly energy usage, see the local weather and learn new ways to save energy. You also can report a power outage, learn about local outages and sign up to receive alerts about service interruptions that affect your home or business.

The app is fine. TEP's payment policy and options are stuck in the 1900's. They are the only utility provider that I utilize that requires a bank account and routing number for auto payments, and the only one that routes you through a 3rd party to make payments via credit/debit for an additional fee. TEP is in dire need of some updates with their payment policy and options. It's time to join the rest of us in 2023.

I've had this app for years and it's the worst one on my phone. Can't save login info. Can't enable fingerprint login because the devs didn't make the email field selectable in order to log in. And now I see a notification to be on the lookout for new features? I just want the current ones to be usable.

This app will not save login information. You have to manually enter user ID and password every blessed time. Fingerprint and pin option doesn't work either. The app won't allow cut and paste. Samsung S23 Ultra running Android 15.
