Ratings and reviews

Great machine, the app has a few issues. It seems to lose connection or it takes quite some time to find my machine. I'd love to see the app schedule feature allow you to schedule by days of the week. I don't know many people (if any) that get up at the exact same time, 7-days a week.

Updated (12/13/2024): The login issue has been fixed and now I can enjoy my latte. Original Review: While I love the TK-02 system and the ability to customize my drinks, the app keeps having errors when logging in and to make matters worse the app signs me out after inactivity. So basically I can't sign in to customize anything.

Mobile app doesn't always communicate with machine well. Sometimes, the machine has to wake up first, it get tedious trying to figure out sometimes. Or you have to select the change you made previously bc it didnt send the data to the machine.
