Certification of managers and specialists in the transport inspection on road safety issues.
The procedure for attestation of the person responsible for ensuring road safety for the right to engage in relevant activities has been developed in accordance with paragraph 4 of Art. 20 of the Federal Law of December 10, 1995 N 196-FZ "On Road Safety".
The certification of a specialist is carried out in order to test his knowledge and skills for compliance with the Professional and qualification requirements for employees of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in transportation by road and urban surface electric transport, approved by order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia dated September 28, 2015 N 287.
This course is designed to prepare for the testing of knowledge and certification of employees of motor transport services and includes basic tests for the safe operation of motor vehicles.
Main course tests:
- Test Teaching and testing the knowledge of specialists in the organization of the operation of road transport.
- Test Training and certification of those responsible for ensuring road safety for the right to engage in relevant activities.
In accordance with the Federal Law-16 of 09.02.2007 "On Transport Security", a transport infrastructure entity is required to undergo training (special training) to ensure transport safety.
