Second time attempting to get a refund as the app requests payment before delivery. First time was almost impossible to find their contact details, this time around there isn't a single customer service agent via phone or WhatsApp that attends to queries on weekends during the day.. literally will never ever use this app ever again! because how are you going to take my money and then not have a way for me to contact you when YOUR app is faulty?! tsek!

You're better off walking to the restaurant, picking your food, and walking back than using this app. I ordered food, got a call from the restaurant really quickly, but then the rider never called. I waited two whole hours for fast food, called the app listed rider to get some excuse of my phone being off, then 40 minutes later got my order from a different rider. Horrible experience, would not recommend.
