Ratings and reviews

The team responded and resolved the issue but app needs to have a notice to update. Rather than deleting and reinstalling Updating the feedback again. Half the year went in constant follow ups and technical glitches in the app and now there's issues in room availability on complimentary stay vouchers. In my opinion their customer service orientation has deteriorated over the years significantly. I used to renew earlier this membership but not now. Down 👎 with Club Marriott. Wastage of money!

It's not an app with bugs, it's a bunch of bugs made to look like an app. Absolutely nothing works on the app. The support numbers are equally pathetic. Tried telling the app support line that I am not able to fill up a form to book delivery, he simply gives me a nunber to call for delivery which doesnt work. i tried to reach reservations to book a delivery and they keep me on hold for 10 min and then disconnect.

Worst app...worst experience. It takes to web version while booking and consistently slow and multiple errors in app. Shameful to have such brand using such a pedestrian app
