The worst so far! I called customer support and emailed multiple times with no answer back. My documents say pending, just bought a new van and no way to change tye docs in app, so I emailed the stuff. Over a month now. By far the worst support out there of all apps I use. The support is non existent. Edit: It's almost a year now, signed up 6 months ago again and still says pending. Don't waste your time! Been doing deliveries for a year and this the worst yet! This app should be deleted.

We’re a small team so the majority of our support is focused on real-time delivery issues. We have to keep support small in order to payout a higher percentage to drivers. I’m not seeing any support requests from a “John Smith” in our system so please try texting our support line instead of calling and we’ll try to assist you.

I too have questions as to why no delivery work is being offered in my area. I was accepted as a driver several months ago and I have tried calling and sent emails. I haven't heard anything. I am in the Buffalo area and I haven't seen one delivery offer come through. What's going on? I also visited two Advance Auto Parts stores and they both said they don't use the app. One said they no longer use the app.

Hi Sean! Buffalo used to be our busiest city! Some of our customers made some changes and now use Uber, DoorDash and Walmart for delivery. We still offer the city to sign up as we’re always trying to get new business. Seeing as the app is free and we made no promises of work, we hope that you’ll reconsider your rating! :)

What's going on with the app? For the last couple of days, I have not been able to open up the app, constant crashing now. Update: The fix is upcoming. Very quick response to an internal issue. Thanks, team
