This app works flawlessly for me. I recently upgraded from a Galaxy Note Edge (basically a Note 4) running lollipop to a Galaxy Note 9 running Pie. On both phones, the application worked without any incidents. The hardest thing was resetting the password. I had to call my alarm company to do that. If I had to gripe about something, maybe how the text alert is nested under email. I had to think a little to set up phone alerts the way I expected. Otherwise easy to use with effective interface.

I have only been a customer of Bay Alarm for a few months, but I am very pleased with it. Customer support has been very helpful and responsive and I LOVE the ease and flexibility of the app to control the control pad. I rarely use the control pad as the app is so comprehensive. It has been terrific so far.

Everytime I leave home and then return the app tells me I have exited the area. Completely opposite of what is true. The rest of the app works perfectly well. I thought it would be a perfect reminder if I forgot to set the alarm and just wished it worked that way
