Good postcard quality, people love them. Been using this app 10+ years and it's still good despite the buggy app. You click things and nothing happens. Try to duplicate a sent card and the copy is all messed up. Address book is a mess. I've reported the bugs in detail. Update Oct 2025: App still buggy, price going up, and they're really pushing the subscription. I took off a star. Last set of cards took 10+ business days to arrive. Compare with other services before trying, but I still use it.

In order to use the app, you have to create an account and it doesn't tell you that they only have paid membership until you create a card. There is no free option except for the free trial and the annual fee is insanely high for sending postcards. Too bad, I was really excited to use this. In response to the company response: No, Im good thanks. After reading a bunch of reviews, it sounds like your company is just a big money scheme and low quality products. Good luck to you.

I downloaded the app because it was a cute idea. Made a postcard and started to check out using the free trial. It was then that I realized this is a subscription service -- which I don't need because who sends that many postcards? I stopped the order and uninstalled the app. Several days later, I found out that they charged my card FOURTEEN times. (I ended up downloading the MyPostcard app and made/sent super cute postcards for $1.99 each.)
