Poor live location service. App is showing a vehicle position of 30 min ago. App showing Car is parked and idle ,ignition is off, whereas, car was moving on road. After 30 min when the car was stopped, the app was showing that the car is moving at a speed of 61 Km. Highly disappointing.

It was a very bad experience till date, no accuracy of data, most of the time notifications are not working and when it works it came too late after 5 to 10mints late not real time. fuel average & distance covered are also not matched with vehicles meter dont know what technology they used to moniter the distance & fuel consumption (Average km/L).

I have been using your tracker service for the past two years, and I am highly disappointed with the service quality and customer support. Despite having raised multiple complaints over time regarding the live location issues and service interruptions, I have not received any proper response or resolution from your side.
