how do you charge so much for equipment with such doo doo software, fix this immediately you thieves. set up in the app was okay, took a while. but created a test training. followed app instructions. I have now stopped recording and shut off the device and yet it still shows a started recording in progress, on going for 30 mins. cant stop it, can't delete it. just going on forever. wt actually f

We've had a team subscription for almost a year now. The camera is alright. The best feature is probably the highlights. At times, it highlights the wrong people, or the picture is pixilated. Customer Service is OUTSTANDING!! You're only as good as your customer service. Any issues I have, I just submit a ticket, and they get back to me promptly. Usually, within 15 minutes. I appreciate all the hard work you guys put into your product. Thank you đ

It's ok, not great. Features between Trace and Veo wash each other out. App is not android friendly. Support is much to be desired. I had to figure a lot of bugs out myself. When they can't help you, (usually, they can't) it get frustrating and if you call them out on their poor service, they will cut you off (with a year pro-subscription, paid in full) and force you to return the camera. Can be a great thing, has a lot of potential to be great. But just ok for now.
